The room was espacious, lots of amenities, good lay out.
Firstly the level of english was really poor. It took me 15 minutes to find out whether the swimming pool was open or not. It was not! The hotel looks like it was a very luxurious hotel in its day, now it is a bit ran down, the carpet was dirty, the paper-wall was peeling off, the windows were dirty and they charge you for the amenities.
Fairly close to Macau Gate. Spacious lobby with golden fish in aquarium :) Not too expensive restaurant. Good and chip foot-massage. Attentive, but unfortunately not english-speaking staff. Except assist. manager Gary Deng - well english-speaking and most attentive man.
Too far from beaches.
I certainly would not return or recommend to business or friends unless up grading is done.
As mentioned above
Dinner , the food was good
Broken glass in window , dirty carpet in room , old hotel
They don't accept American express and Nobody speaks English. Food is really bad and the most important thing is that they advertise as 5 minutes from Macau, but they don't mention that the hotel is in the other side of the Chinese border, so if you have a one entrance visa, your not allowe to go back and forth to Macau
Hotel old and not re renovated
Room rate we got through Booked.net was reasonable.
Hotel staff agreed to check out by 2.00 pm but later, another hotel staff insisted checking out before 2.00pm. Hotel cleaner is not very thorough in room cleaning. Carpet and curtains are quite dirty. If these are improved, the hotel can be a very excellent hotel.
It was too cold! The staff was really nice and helpful but the room was freezing!
Have water in room.
The rooms are too cold and its unbearable. No heating options available.
price is fair.
for some reason, none of our credit cards works. VISA, Master, we tried everything, but none of them works. which was a pain in the ass
Noisy hotel (impossible to sleep or to rest(base)) Chinese spent time from a room(chamber) to the other one, carry(wear) opened in sous garment in corridors(lanes)! No reaction of the hotel, difficulties to communicate because that nobody or almost do not speak about the other thing(matter) than the Chinese. Openly old-fashioned hotel, tiny rooms(chambers), not appropriate(clean) air conditioning (it felt(smelt) the humidity, grilled bulbs of or lack of lighting, no soap in the bathroom and a mini kit paying what is indicated nobody leaves! In brief, to disadvise and especially not to put back to(to hand) it feet!
